==Gameplay== In Lincity you are a city designer, and have many objects/buildings to create your city out of, though most of the objects require you to research the correct technologies. You must provide jobs, food, and housing to your residents. You can use renewable energy to build a sustainable economy, or build rockets to escape a polluted and starving planet.

==LinCity-NG== The game was abandoned until Game of the Month developers from the Linux Game Tome created forked the Lincity codebase to create a new game called LinCity-NG, using the same engine, but 3D graphics.
