About the game

Moontest is a space base simulator in Luanti, created for Minetest Game Jam 2021.

The player is the resident engineer on a lunar mining rig. Equipment, such as the power generator, life support systems, etc. must be kept operational and the player has needs such as eating and sleep. Activities such as buying food and repairing equipment cost money while the drill rig generates money. The goal is to get to $30,000. $10,000 overdraft will lose the game.

Slime monsters outside the base will attack the player when outside or when the door is open.
