Omega-rpg

Omega-rpg is a single player roguelike game. It was created by Laurence R. Brothers who has since placed the code under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2, but if the license is revoked it would revert to its old license which is distributed with the Debian package. It is written in the C programming language. The latest stable version of the game is 0.80.2 released on June 27, 2009 while the latest development version is 0.90.4 (pre-alpha).

==Gameplay== You start out in the city of Rampart as a new player and must choose which guilds you want to be a member of. The oracle may provide guidance, but the game itself is pretty much free play. You get your name in the high scores by becoming the leader of your guild or other group or by getting a high enough score.
